Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 medium apples, peeled and diced
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Add vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients (flour, soda, salt and cinnamon).
Add to first mixture.
Fold in chopped pecans and apples.
Bake in greased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
