Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
1 c. cottage cheese (I put mine in blender; warm it)
1 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. instant onion
2 tsp. dill seed
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (I use more, 2 1/2 to 3 c.)
Preparation

Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water; let stand 10 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, oleo, salt, sugar and baking soda.
Stir. Add onion, dill, egg and softened yeast.
Beat well.
Add flour gradually.
Cover with wet cloth.
Let raise in warm place until double in bulk.
Stir dough down, knead and pinch into loaf pan proportions.
Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
