Green Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped parsley
1 c. chopped green peppers
2 chopped garlic cloves (I use only little piece)
1 lb. grated cheese (I use 3/4 or 1/2)
Preparation

Combine ingredients and put cheese on top.
Bake in greased, covered casserole for 30 minutes.
