Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. Post Grape-Nuts brand cereal
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut top from peppers; remove seeds.
    Brown meat in skillet; stir in garlic salt and salt.
    Add 1/2 cup of tomatoes and the cereal.
    Fill each pepper with 1/2 cup meat mixture.
    Place in a greased shallow baking dish.
    Pour on remaining tomatoes.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
