Diabetic Yam Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. Sweet 'N Low
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 baked pie shell
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
Preparation

Combine gelatin, sweetener, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir in milk, egg yolks and yams.
Mix well.
Cook 10 minutes. Chill. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Stir in Sweet 'N Low.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill.
