Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients with shortening until it looks a coarse meal.
    Add warm water and knead dough well.
    Divide into 12 small balls.
    Roll into very thin circles.
    Cook on hot griddle until done on both sides.
