Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple, unsweetened and drained
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Mix together eggs, sugar and oil.
Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla.
Mix.
Stir in pineapple, zucchini and walnuts.
Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for
1
hour.
Makes
3
small or 1 large and 1 small loaf.
