Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. fresh or frozen broccoli
    1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
    1 small onion
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/4 c. sharp cheese
    1 c. croutons
    Velveeta cheese slices
Preparation
    Steam broccoli stems for 10 minutes, then put in bottom of casserole.
    Fry sausage very little and pour off grease. Alternate broccoli tops, sausage, onion and cheese in casserole with soup.
    Put croutons on top and pour on butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
