Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
    3 oz. coconut
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (soft)
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Put butter, Rice Krispies, pecans and coconut in bowl; mix well and put in oven for 10 minutes or until butter melts.
    Remove from oven; add sugar and mix well.
    Place layer of sugar mixture in bottom of dish, then place layer of soft ice cream over that, then another layer of sugar mixture, etc., with layer of sugar mixture being on top.
    Cover with foil and re-freeze ice cream. Take out of freezer 30 to 45 minutes before serving.
