Ezio Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    bottle of wine (white Zin or your choice)
    fresh rosemary
    pepper
    olive oil
Preparation
    In a large frypan, put olive oil to cover pan.
    Heat pan first. Put fresh rosemary in first and then pork chops.
    Cook hot and then sprinkle wine to cool pan down.
    Move chops around so they don't stick.
    Repeat many times.
    Heat up.
    Cool down with wine.
    Turn over.
    Should be caramel color on chops.
    Cook until white inside. Serves 4 to 6. Temperature:
    Medium-high.
    Cooking Time:
    35 minutes.
