Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. soft fine bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 tsp. horseradish (bottled)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. ribbon cane syrup or dark Karo
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tomato sauce and syrup.
    Bake in loaf pan for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Pour mixture of tomato sauce and syrup over meat loaf.
    Baste 2 to 3 times while cooking, next 40 to 45 minutes.
