Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. White Lily all-purpose flour
1 c. shortening
1 egg, plus enough water to make 1/2 c. liquid
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

This recipe makes 3 or 4 pie crusts.
Dough may be frozen in a freezer bag for future use.
