Fettucini Alfredo(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sour cream (no fat)
1/4 c. yogurt (no fat)
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 garlic cloves
fettucini noodles
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Saute whole cloves until brown.
Remove garlic.
Mix sour cream, yogurt and Parmesan cheese and put in skillet with butter.
