Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 medium onion
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Season and brown
    chops.
    Place
    over rice in casserole dish. Place onion and
    pepper
    on top of each chop.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pour
    consomme
    over all.
    Bake for one hour at 325\u00b0.
