Pecan Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter/oleo
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 well beaten eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream shortening, butter, sugar and eggs.
    Beat well dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture and add nuts. Drop by tsp. about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
