Sour Cream Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    12 oz. pkg. frozen coconut
    1 box white or yellow cake mix
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla and coconut.
    Reserve enough coconut to put on top of cake, if desired, and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix and bake cake mix according to directions on box, making 2 layers.
    Slice the layers to make 4 and spread the filling between them.
