Snowballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. unsalted butter (sweet butter)
2 c. flour
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter; add flour and sugar.
Cream together, then add nuts and vanilla.
Roll into small balls, approximately 1-inch in diameter.
Bake in moderate oven, 350\u00b0, for 15 to 20 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Sift additional confectioners sugar on cookies after baking.
Makes about 40 cookies.
