Sour Cream Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 1/2 oz.) salmon
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Crush corn flakes.
    Drain off half liquid from salmon. Combine all ingredients.
    Place in a loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    If firmer texture is desired, use less butter and add 1 more egg.
