Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans clams
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2-4 potatoes, cubed
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Precook potatoes and onions.
    Mix all ingredients and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
