Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. sliced potatoes
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat soup and milk together.
    Place a layer of potatoes in large casserole; sprinkle with onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
    Repeat until all are used, then pour over this mixture the milk and soup.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender all through.
    Serves 8.
