Potato Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. melted shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Add mashed potatoes, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Cool; let stand in warm place until bubbly or about 2 hours.
    Add flour; beat well.
    Cover; chill.
    Shape dough (cold) into rolls.
    Let rise at room temperature about 3 hours.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
