Pork And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice
    broth (1 can consomme or 3 bouillon cubes in 2 c. water)
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Combine rice, salt and broth.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Arrange pork chops on top of rice. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
