Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. fresh bass
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 can beer
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. corn meal
Preparation
    Marinate fish overnight in beer and mustard.
    Mix salt and black pepper in corn meal, then bread fish in corn meal and fry. This recipe will serve 4 people.
