Date Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 lb. cut-up dates
3 eggs
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk
Preparation

Sift together flour, salt, sugar, soda and cream of tartar. In separate bowl beat eggs.
Add melted butter and milk.
Combine the liquid and dry ingredients with a few strokes.
Add dates.
