Unkneaded Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast cakes
    1 Tbsp. sea salt (pickling)
    7 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. warm water (to dissolve yeast)
    2 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Combine yeast, 1/2 cup warm water and sugar.
    Set in warm place for 10 minutes to dissolve yeast.
