Chris' Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
23 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat egg whites until very stiff; add sugar gradually and baking powder.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in crackers, nuts and vanilla.
Put in buttered pie pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 23 minutes. May be served with whipped cream.
