Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar, molasses and egg together.
Stir flour, salt, baking soda, cloves and ginger together.
Add to creamed mixture.
Mixture will be soft.
Roll in little balls and roll in sugar.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, 2-inches apart.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
