Orange-Honey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
    1 c. honey
    1 c. strong black coffee
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine concentrate, honey and coffee.
    Beat eggs until light; add oil and sugar gradually.
    Beat. Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg mixture alternately with orange mixture.
    Mix until smooth.
    Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until done.
    Cool, remove from pans.
    Makes 2 loaf cakes.
    Best if let set for 2 days before serving.
