Cheese And Sausage Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage (regular or hot)
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Shape into small, marble-sized balls.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Keep on hand in the freezer.
    Can be frozen, cooked or uncooked.
    Makes about 100 balls.
