Corn Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. red bell pepper, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    1 can Del Monte cream-style corn
Preparation
    Saute onions, including tops, and bell pepper in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and bake in a deep baking dish (10 x 7 1/2 x 3-inch) for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until center has cooked and knife comes out clean when inserted.
