Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/8 Tbsp. ginger
1/4 Tbsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
6 slices bread
Preparation

Scald milk.
Add bread and set aside.
Beat eggs lightly and add seasonings, sugar and butter.
Mix, then add vanilla and raisins.
Mix with bread and milk mixture and pour in 2-quart buttered dish and bake in a pan of water at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
