Apricot Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. apricot nectar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. chopped canned water packed apricots
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
    Heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.
    Place in bowl and freeze until partially frozen.
    Whip apricot mixture with electric mixer.
    Return to freezer until set.
