Ingredients

1 can condensed milk
2 1/3 c. shredded coconut
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a baking sheet.
Mix the ingredients together with a fork.
Drop by teaspoon lumps of mixture onto baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges turn light brown.
Remove from baking sheet with a spatula.
Cool. Yield: 24.
You may place a pecan half in the center of each macaroon before baking, if desired.
