Spinach Or Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box frozen, chopped broccoli or spinach
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. grated onion
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 3/4 c. stuffing mix

Preparation

Thaw spinach.
Add cheese, soup, butter, onion and egg; mix well.
Toss in stuffing (reserve 3/4 cup).
Place in greased 1-quart casserole.
Top with remaining stuffing.
Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
