Chocolate Nut Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    2/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 c. broken walnuts
    1 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in small saucepan; stir in brown sugar.
    Heat until bubbly.
    Stir in corn syrup and cream.
    Heat, stirring constantly, just to boiling.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into generously buttered 10-inch (12-cup) Bundt pan.
    Put aside.
