Tofu Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. baked rice
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. diced onion (green)
    1 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. bean sprouts
    1 c. diced red pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 recipe OVEN-FRIED TOFU, diced
Preparation
    Saute garlic
    and
    green
    onion
    in water until tender. Stir in celery
    and
    cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in sprouts and red pepper and
    cook 1 to 2 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
    Serve hot with soy sauce.
