Cheese Roasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat (1-inch cubes)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sour cream or milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar or 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat meat.
    Heat oil in skillet. Cook onion until tender.
    Add meat cubes.
    Cook until brown. Slowly add sour cream or milk and vinegar or lemon juice.
    Stir constantly.
