2 small zucchini, chunked
1 medium green pepper, chunked
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Italian spices *
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in cubes
1/4 c. olive oil
