Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    4 pineapple slices
    maraschino cherries
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. double acting baking powder
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan; remove from heat.
    Sprinkle brown sugar on bottom of pan.
    Arrange drained pineapple slices over sugar.
    Garnish with maraschino cherries and chopped nuts.
