Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets
6 slices bacon
1/4 c. finely minced onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes.
Set temperature control of electric skillet at 325\u00b0.
Fry bacon until crisp and remove from frypan. Dip off all but 1 tablespoon bacon grease.
Reduce heat.
Simmer. Combine potatoes with onion, green pepper, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and water.
Place in frypan.
Cover and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and parsley over potatoes.
