Shrimp And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. raw, peeled shrimp
    1 onion
    1 stick butter
    parsley
    12 cups instant mashed potatoes
    10 slices cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute shrimp, onion and parsley in butter until tender.
    Make instant potatoes according to directions on box.
    Mix all together; put in a casserole dish and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
