Carrot Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage
2 celery stalks
2 pkg. sweetener
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small onion
2 carrots
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Shred cabbage and carrots.
Finely chop onion and celery.
Mix together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over shredded vegetables and refrigerate. Yields 10 servings.
