Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. soda
5 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation

Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and cream of tartar in saucepan.
Boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soda.
Pour over popcorn and mix well.
Put on cookie sheet and bake at 250\u00b0 for one hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Cool on wax paper.
