W-R Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
    Combine egg, vinegar and water with a fork. Sprinkle over dry mixture and mix with a fork.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Roll out this recipe.
    Makes 2 (2-crust) pies.
