Healthy Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced onion
    2 c. diced raw potatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Arrange onion, potatoes, kidney beans, uncooked rice and celery in layers in order listed in a covered casserole sprayed with Pam.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix spices and tomato sauce well and pour over stew layers in casserole.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
    Do not stir; but check occasionally to be sure it does not boil dry.
    Makes 4 servings.
