Christmas Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 medium bananas, diced
1/2 c. red candied cherries
1/2 c. green candied cherries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sour cream, Cool Whip, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Fold pineapple, bananas, cherries and nuts into Cool Whip mixture. Pour into 4 1/2-cup ring mold. Freeze.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
