Sausage Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. diced potato
    1 medium green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown
    sausage
    in large boiler or Dutch oven.
    Crumble sausage
    well
    and add onion and garlic.
    Drain well.
    Stir in all ingredients
    except potatoes and green pepper.
    Cover and simmer 2
    hours, stirring occasionally.
    Add green pepper and potatoes and simmer 20 additional minutes.
