Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 (6 oz.) cans shrimp, drained and rinsed OR fresh shrimp cooked, peeled, and cut in half.
    1 c. shredded crabmeat
    3/4 c. diced green pepper
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 c. shredded Sharp cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on package. Heat oven to 350 F.In ungreased 2 qt.
    casserole dish, combine ALL ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle about 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until it bubbles in the center.
