Green Tomato Pickle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. sliced green tomatoes
    4 c. chopped bell pepper (part red)
    2 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. pickling (canning) salt
    3 c. apple cider vinegar
    6 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put salt on sliced tomatoes and let set 1 hour, then drain. Then put other ingredients in and cook 8 or 10 minutes.
    Put in jars and place in a cold pack cooker and cook to a good boil for 10 minutes.
