Cinnamon Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour tube pan, 10 x 4-inch. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
Blend in oil, sugar and vanilla.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
